Q1:What is coconut shell?
The main material is from natural coconut.And coconut tree is commonly found in tropical country .The tree has many uses ranging from medicine to decorative items. Almost all parts of the tree has its use either edible or non-edible. It has serves mankind for a long time.It is present in many items we use today including the gift & decorative items, women accessories,the kickchen wares and etc many years.
Q2:What products does your company make?
As our factory locates in the tropical island-Hainan,we have rich coconut tree resource.We make good use of coconut and use old good coconut to make handicrafts.We have over thousands of coconut handicrafts for client to choose and we keep creating new style of handicrafts from time to time. Q3:How can we trust your quality?
We like to send samples to our customer before the order if you need, in this case you can know our quality. The quality of mass production will be the same as sample, if there is difference, well give 100% compensation. We would accept 100USD at least for sample order.
Q4:If we are not satisfied with your quality when we receive the shipment, how will we do?
As long as our customer is not satisfied with our quality and give us the reason, well give customer 100% compensation. One solution is to deduct the amount of unqualified products from invoice, the other solution is to replace with qualified products. Both are ok.
Q5:How much is the minimum order?
We dont have any restriction for customers order, no matter it is small or large, we all accept. But the price of small order will be higher than price of large one, this is not because of our profit, its because of the sales cost.Sample order is at least 100USD.
Q6:How are custom products? How long will the sample take from the time we provide artwork? How about the cost?
We can produce custom-made items according to customers requirement. it's no problem, the artworks can be pictures, drawings or files and so on. From the time that customer provides information to the time we produce one sample, usually we need 3 days. The sample is free if its low value, but for postage, we prefer "freight collect".
Q7:How is the shipping? How long does it take from China to European main ports or USA?
We usually choose the delivery way according to customers requirement, by sea or by air. For urgent order, delivery by air is necessary; for usual order, delivery by sea will be suitable. Usually, the time from Hainan to European main ports by sea needs around 28 days, to west USA will need around 24 days. If delivered by air, 3-4 days would be enough.
Q8:How do we choose crafts items in your website if i am interested in your all products?
For sample order 100USD,normally,for quantity and items,we will make as client request.For small decoration handicrafts,we will check our stock and arrange items on the basis of clients' request.We will fully communicate with clients and accept clients' request.
Q9:What's your payment mode?
For sample order or order below 5000USD,we advise client to send from western union.In addition,T/T is accepted.But bank handling charge between banks is hoped to pay by client because we make and sell a catchpenny products.
